[Assignments] Copy Assign To when duplicating assignments

Problem statement:
Teachers are finding it cumbersome to enter specific Assign To and Available From and Until for each class period.
Proposed solution:
It would save teachers a lot of time if, when duplicating an assignment, the Assign to options duplicated as well.
