[Assignments] More organization options for assignment groups

Problem statement:

No place to add overall instructions to an assignment group. Usually, I would have the larger project description overview, then smaller assignments within that project. I know I could use Modules this way, but they are more confusing to students and are a bit messy.

Proposed solution:

It would be great if an assignment group had a place for the project description / instructions (like a page or description text area) without having to add an ungraded assignment for this purpose. It's a hack workaround.
