[Assignments] Restrict Uploads to Canvas Studio Video
When students submit an 'assignment' there is currently the option to allow them to submit using "Canvas Studio", however there is no option to 'restrict' them to ensure that they 'only' submit via canvas studio (however we can do that for other types of submissions through the 'file type' option. While it is possible to restrict a submission page to a 'media upload' or through the 'fileype options' an .mp4 file, both of these media features are inferior with regard to grading as compared to a dedicated Canvas Studio Submission (for example, Canvas studio shows the largest window with the best playback in speedgrader).
I am proposing that provision be made to allow for "Canvas Studio' to be its own 'checkbox' on the assignment submission page setup (when a teacher is setting up the submission in the 'edit' view), which can therefore be either 'restricted' to just Canvas Studio Submissions or combined with other options in the same submission (such as Canvas Studio, plus a .pdf)
