[Assignments] Set Grader Per Assignment
In courses with multiple people under a Teacher role, all individuals can grade all assignments, as well as get notifications about grading all assignments. However, often it is only one or two individuals responsible for grading. In co-taught courses, it can be easy to lose track of which assignment Instructor A should grade versus Instructor B.
Ideally this would be resolved with the ability to set a "Grader" per assignment/discussion/quiz when setting up the assessment. The person identified as the Grader would be the only one to receive notifications about assignment submissions, notifications about grading, etc. It would be clear when opening Speedgrader that Instructor A is responsible for grading the assignment, potentially by only allowing Instructor A to open Speedgrader and not Instructor B. None of it would be visible on the student side, and it would solely be a change for the teacher side.
