[Calendar] Dynamically Sync the Canvas Calendar with Google Calendar

Problem statement:

Currently, Google Calendar may take up to 24 hours to sync with the Canvas Calendar when the calendar feed feature is used. That events from the Canvas calendar aren't immediately shown in Google Calendar makes

• it significantly harder for faculty with busy schedules to plan, since faculty can't rely on the Canvas calendar syncing
• faculty manually fill in their Google Calendar with Canvas calendar events if they need to plan their schedule when Canvas calendar events haven't populated in Google Calendar yet.

Proposed solution:

The Canvas calendar should immediately sync with Google Calendar since it would make it significantly easier for them to plan around upcoming events listed on the Canvas calendar.
