[Calendar] Printing the Agenda view

Problem statement:
Printing a clean version of the calendar is no longer available
Proposed solution:
Make a button on the different calendar view specifically for printing. It's a great way to communicate out the weekly agenda for students and draw their attention to the work that will need to be done for the week.
