[Calendar] Reminder for lock dates
Canvas allows lock dates that fall after the due date. Students have reminders of due dates, however there is no reminder for students of when that lock date occurs. This can result in students accidentally missing the last day to submit a late assignment.
For every assignment that has a lock date programmed to a different day than the due date, post a "last day" reminder to the calendar that adjusts automatically to later changes in the assignment lock date exactly the way due date reminders already do. The "last day" reminder should be automatically added if the lock date ever changes to a day other than the due date, and it should replace the due date on any day that has both (with an indicator of the due time added.)
It would help students if the "last day" reminders could also be added to the modules page as a link to the activity (with an extra title to differentiate it), especially for those assignments with the lock date occurring on days that are otherwise in a different module than the due date.
