[Catalog] Dropped course data in analytics

Problem statement:

Since students have the capability to drop courses from their student dashboards in Canvas Catalog, it would be helpful to get dropped data in the Catalog analytics.

Proposed solution:

Ideally, the Catalog and sub-catalog admins would be able to filter Enrollment analytics and if they filter by "dropped" status, they would be able to see when a student dropped a course (date and time stamp).
