Commit to keeping Canvas competitive

Problem statement:

I use Canvas everyday. There is no straightforward way of gathering user input or feedback regarding changes that would keep regular users from switching to the competition. Instead, there is an elaborate (gamified) pretense at collecting feedback. Busy users don't have time to take part in this game. Tech support cannot take suggestions. Attention gets paid to improvements which may not improve your competitiveness in the market.

Proposed solution:

Perhaps both systems of feedback can exist (the current gamefied option and a simple 3-click or less option accessible from within a course or the Dashboard).
