Commons: template import into several courses simultaneously

Hi

University College of Northern Denmark educations has made many pedagogical considerations in relation to the setup of the courses and how their students are experiencing a similar "navigation" when the participants in several courses. Many of our educations has developed a standard template for their courses and shared them to the Commons.

There has now emerged a desire to be able to import the standard template from Commons into several courses simultaneously.

We would therefore like to have developed a possibility to choose import to several courses where you now in the Commons select import into courses.

Merethe, you can share a template by enrolling other instructors, and create new courses from that template. If you are data integrated with your SIS, then it becomes easy to create new courses as a create and copy of the templates programmatically.

If you check out the Commons Release Notes (2016-05-19)​, you will see that you can import a resource (be it an entire course template or a single resource, like a quiz or page) into multiple courses at once!
