When Canvas admins import materials from another course, there is a solitary box available next to "Search for a course". One may begin typing the name of a course, but since we have multiple terms as well as multiple schools in the same instance, any course sharing any part of the name will be included regardless of term. This is not the case for teachers, TA's, designers and other instructor-based roles.
Provide one search box for the term, and another for the course name. This would drastically decrease the amount of time searching for a course, and would also decrease the chances of picking the wrong course.
