[Course Settings] Creative Commons Attribution

Problem statement:

When labeling a course as creative commons, we are supposed to attribute the content to the author. I believe that the lack of attribution is causing many instructors to violate the creative commons license. View the license: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Which has this term: Attribution — You must give appropriate credit , provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made . You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use. And the definition of Appropriate credit - https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/#ref-appropriate-credit ou must provide the name of the creator and attribution parties, a copyright notice, a license notice, a disclaimer notice, and a link to the material. CC licenses prior to Version 4.0 also require you to provide the title of the material if supplied, and may have other slight differences.

Proposed solution:

add to the form on the setting page (perhaps with the toggle() or show() methods using Jvascript & Bootstrap) to include fields for: - Appropriate credit - Provide a link to the license - Indication if changes were made
