[Course Settings] Report for all external links and embedded media in a course

Problem statement:

Can Canvas can produce a report showing all media either embedded in or linked to in a course. Ideally she’d want a list of everything that would take a person outside of Canvas, but at the very least to be able to isolate to video to be able to gauge how much captioning is needed
