[Courses] Archiving courses

Problem statement:

No ability to Archive courses without an additional addon being purchased.

Proposed solution:

I've had a look at the K16's solution but it is still a bit outside of what I feel is a great asset to Canvas. While the K16 idea does provide an archiving solution, it is a bit less user friendly that just having a tick box on the course and then an option to archive / unarchive the course. If it was something within Canvas, I believe all users of the platform would utilise the solution to it's fullest.
