[Courses] Enable Filtering on Sub-Account in Courses search
Subaccounts are a useful way to organize groupings of courses, however the only present way to see the sub-account structure is to be granted the "Account Settings - manage" permission. At our institution we organize our sub-accounts into levels: 1) university (root), 2) campus, 3) school, and 4) department. We want to grant our academic admins the ability to filter by the sub-accounts that they have access to based on the placement of their Account role in the sub-account hierarchy (and permission to interact with Courses - search). Doing so would allow them to see a list of all courses for a given school or department, for example. However, we are not comfortable granting them "Account Settings - manage," as this allows for modification of root-level configuration for the Canvas instance.
Admins (those with Account roles) should be able to filter by sub-account (one or more values) in the Courses search area. If such a filter was introduced (similar to existing filters, such as Term), it would greatly aid in the ability to return courses organized into sub-accounts, and would allow us to do so without needing to grant a top-level permission to non-LMS admins.
