[Courses] Starring/Unstarring a Course Should determine whether associated groups are displayed

Problem statement:

Students can control which courses appear on their dashboard and account menu by going to All Courses and starring/unstarring courses. However, students have no way of controlling which Groups appear in the account menu, and can get stuck with old groups unless the instructor sets an end date.

Proposed solution:

Unstarring a course on the All Courses page should hide any corresponding groups from the account menu.

This idea has been added to the Improved UI Controls and Usability - Additional filtering and view options for further consideration.
