[Credentials/Badges] Export a list of all badge from your organization

Problem statement:

There currently isn't a way to export a list of badge classes from your organization. The analytics and reporting on the dashboard are related to awarding and sharing badges, but it would be beneficial to be able to export a complete list of all badges created in an organisation, whether they have been awarded or not, including info such as the Issuer, how many times they were awarded and shared.

Proposed solution:

This would help admins have a clear overview of the type of badges that are created in their organisation and monitor if certain types of badges are created but then not awarded and investigate why. Would be a great tool for reporting on the overall 'health' of our service.
