[Discussions] Add in edit times for New Discussions into SpeedGrader

Problem statement:

Edit times on discussion posts no longer appear in Speedgrader when using the new discussions design. The edit times are still visible in the discussion itself, but it's EXTREMELY tedious to flip back and forth when you're trying to grade. This is extremely helpful for instructors, especially if they are looking for student growth and reflection. The post edit times were there for the old discussion design, so I'm hoping this was just an oversight and can be fixed quickly!

Proposed solution:

If a discussion post has been edited, add in that edit time when viewing the discussion posts in Speedgrader.

For consistency, the Community Team asks all comments, questions, and requests related to the Discussions Redesign to be directed to the Discussions/Announcements Redesign User Group. Other early adopters share their experiences, and Instructure Product Managers actively monitor that space. I hope you can connect and collaborate with others in that User Group.
