[Discussions] Add student button for discussion posts to note when a post "Reads like a chatbot"

Problem statement:

An exponentially increasing number of posts by students are being written by chatbots causing a burden on students to read/reply to fake posts and faculty to find, identify, and contact offending students, as well as to reply to the students who complain about such automated posts.

Proposed solution:

A button that allows students to publicly note a post that blatantly reads like a chatbot wrote it would be a highly valuable social tool deterring students from trying to pass off fake discussion posts as original conversations in the first place....saving tons of work for everyone down the line.

Hi, @WhiteElephant, thank you for sharing your idea with the Community. While we understand the concern that students might use AI tools inappropriately, we are unable to move this idea forward as it does not align with our strategy. Students can comment on a post if they believe that it reads as if written by a chatbot, but we do not believe students should be making judgment calls on peer work that could adversely affect their classmates' grade with just a click of a button without confirmation that their assumption is correct.
