[Discussions] Differentiate Level of Replies when choosing to "Hide replies"

Problem statement:

If I am currently hiding the replies to a discussion, the replies (level 2) and the replies to the replies (level 3) are conceptually grouped together. For example, if there are 3 replies to the original post and 5 replies to those replies, it will say 'Hide 8 replies'. Hiding the 2nd level should of course automatically hide the 3rd level content, but only the 2nd level should be counted for consistency.

Proposed solution:

When hiding 2nd level answers, only the 2nd level content should be counted. The 3rd level content is subordinate and will of course be hidden automatically. This makes it easier to keep track of the quantity structure in a discussion forum.
