[Discussions] Do not automatically mark as read

When you view studentries in the Discussion forum - I suggest that they are not automatically marked as read and that the bullet does not automatically become unselected.  This should be manual.  As is, it's easy to lose track of which entries you actually read and which you simply had visible in the browser.

At present, a post in a Discussion will automatically change to 'Read' as soon as the post is visible on the screen. As an instructor, this is problematic, as there may be a number of posts by students that I have to read and respond to, but as they are one after the other, they may change to 'Read' even if I haven't actually read and responded. This then means I have to scroll through all the posts to check I have responded to each post.

Can the feature be added that the blue dot indicating the post has not been Read, only convert to being Read by the Instructor (e.g., by the Instructor clicking on the blue dot).
