[Discussions] Hide deleted posts for others

Problem statement:

As far as I can tell, there has been an idea that was also developed. However, when teachers post something and thereafter delete their post, they basically have to delete the whoel discussio, too, in order to get rif of the "xy has deleted... post "message.

Proposed solution:

If esp. admins delete a post, there should be no trace of it for students in the discussion - exception: if students have already replied. In this case the placeholder is necessary and fine.
