[Discussions] Save all text entered into Discussion replies.

In Assignments text entered into the HTML editor is auto saved but, in Discussions, it is not. Is there any chance that this functionality is extended to Discussion Replies so that when students refresh their browsers before submitting, they don't complain that their substantial input has been lost forever? I am up to 4 instances in the first 3 days of the year.

Are you using Discussions or the Discussions Redesign? By chance, have you reached out to Canvas Support? I wonder if this is supposed to act this way or if something isn't working correctly.

Using basic vanilla Discussions such as the one above, refreshing the browser looses all content.
