[DocViewer] Provide Preview for HEIC Image Files in SpeedGrader, for Teachers.

Problem statement:

It is plain and simple. When students submit HEIC image files (probably using an Apple mobile device) into Canvas Assignment, it does not provide a preview. Therefore, I have to manually download it and open the file in my computer's files folder. This is inconvenient. Canvas has no problem providing previews of many other image files, such as JPG, JPEG, etc., in SpeedGrader. But this isn't the case for HEIC files.

Proposed solution:

Please enable previews of HEIC image files in SpeedGrader. Thanks!
