[Credentials & Badges] Export/Pull Credentials Data

Problem statement:

My institution is interested in exporting data from Credentials either by API calls or exporting a CSV. The current API doesn't have a way to pull the following: badging, specifically awarding, and who awarded it, and by which department, pathway, and group data from Credentials. Here is the API: https://api.badgr.io/swagger-ui/index.html.

Proposed solution:

The proposed solution would be to have a CSV file in Credentials to pull this data or add more endpoints to the API to get this data. My institution wants to track these assets.
