[Files] Add option to access side menu

Problem statement:

When in files, the side menu disappears. this is very annoying

Proposed solution:

add the three lines for the sidemenu

Hi @DMMHSupport - Thank you for sharing this! Your idea will progress through the Ideas process. In the meantime, zooming out or changing the width of your window will restore the Files menu. I think your suggestion would be appreciated by many customers.

Hi! For me it falls out when in files regardless of window size. just to preface, im talking about the account-sidemenu showing notifications, profile ect.
