[Files] Link Files to be viewable in File Explorer
At the moment, management within Files is tedious and really not user friendly. Basically it means no files are ever deleted (or even archived) and we have to keep upping people's Course quotas. Some people have suggested multiple select options for files (which would be a start). But more useability like dragging and dropping, better searching of files, easier moving of multiple files. A function showing which files are actively linked to active pages would be useful. If you have a Blueprint that you aren't really carefully managing the files of, it quickly spins out of control and you cannot delete files without manually doing it one by one. Aint noone got time fo that!
Allow Canvas 'Files' folders to be viewable in File Explorer (like Sharepoint and OneDrive are). At minimum, add the multiselect, drag and drop, details of file location, and ideally details of what the file is currently actively linked.
