[Files] include location of use

Problem statement:

when looking at file in a course I can only see what has been uploaded and not a location of where they exist within a course or even if they have just been uploaded to file and not loaded onto a page.

Proposed solution:

the file page needs to show location of where files have been used or uploaded eg. a page or module location so updates and changes can be more easily made and file management can be successfully done. it's hard to tell where unnecessary files exist and could be removed as you don't know if they have been used on a page. show a location or multiple locations against a file please.

Problem statement:

Now, instructors and students do not know where a file is displayed in the course. This means that files are sometimes accidentally uploaded or downloaded twice. Under "Files", instructors and students should be able to see where a file is located in the course, for example, under Module X or Assignment Y. This would give instructors and students a better overview of file management.

Proposed solution:

Under "Files", instructors and students can perhaps see within the existing table where a file is displayed in the course, for example under Module X or in Assignment Y. The information should be linked and one click would take you to the object in which the file is embedded or to the module of which it is an element. This would give instructors a better control over file management and give students a better overview of where files are displayed.
