[Global Navigation] Disabling Course SIS ID in Course Tray

Problem statement:

There is no way to disable the new feature displaying course SIS IDs on the Global Navigation course tray. Since many institutions provision courses via SIS integration, these SIS IDs are often very long GUIDs and character strings; and displaying them only causes problems (i.e. confusion, spacing issues, etc).

Proposed solution:

Provide opt-out or disable option on feature.
