[Gradebook] Color Code Grades on a Scale

Problem statement:

Previously when I used D2L, different grades in the gradebook were in different colors. For example, for one exam, all grades between 90% and 100% were shown on a green background. Similarly, all grades between 80% and 90% were shown on a blue background. And so on. This allowed me (as an instructor) to instantly IDENTIFY the groups of students who performed in this exam well or not so well.

Proposed solution:

To make an option of having different grades in different colors.
