[Gradebook] Color coding assignment categories and wrapping assignment names

Problem statement:

I get a high number of assignments in my gradebook by the end of the quarter, and all the the assignment names are not fully visible when scrolling across.

Proposed solution:

It would be nice to be able to assign a color for different assignment categories. I have practice and assessment categories, and my assessment category is weighted more heavily. I would like to see the assignment titles highlighted in different colors in the gradebook and to-do list as a quick visual cue for both myself and my students when viewing assignments. It would also be nice to have the titles wrap instead of continue on out of sight so I could quickly see assignment titles in the gradebook view.

Thank you for sharing these requests with the Community! For the Product Team to better align ideas to projects, it's important that each thread only contains one idea. This one has two - color coding assignment categories and wrapping the title in gradebook columns.

Please edit this thread to feature color coding and make a separate one for the wrapped headers.
