[Gradebook] Custom Rounding
Problem statement:
Canvas gradebooks only display overall course grades to the hundredths place. Admin and instructors would like to be able to customize this view for themselves and for students/observers in their courses.
Proposed solution:
Add rounding precision for overall grades as a view setting in the gradebook view settings.
