When an override grade is entered as a numerical score in the gradebook (to override the TOTAL column), the score is converted to a letter grade and only the letter grade is displayed. The only way to view the numerical score is to check the student grade report. Not every institution uses letter grades solely. Please display both the numerical scores (and converted letter score if a grading scheme is set for the course).
