[Gradebook] More shortcuts for graders
In the gradebook there is a bit of a bug / glitch where if I give students zeroes and put a status as missing, and then they complete the assignment, the status will not change. This makes it so the SIS will update the score but will maintain the missing tag, and I will get 100 emails asking why. Then when I go back to Canvas' gradebook, I have to click 100s of times to get rid of all of the "missing" statuses. If you asked me why I put zeroes and missing, is simply so that they get motivated to do the assignments 🙂
Either fix the bug so that once they submit their assignment, the missing status disappears. OR / AND Gives us a shortcut so that the status goes away. Example: Status is "Missing" = shortcut being "mi" We should either be able to type in "mi" again to take out the missing status Or give us another shortcut that takes away all statuses. Maybe "n" for "none" or something more creative. Then, add these known shortcuts to the "keyboard shortcuts" menu that we already have to make it obvious to all teachers. I had to go on Reddit to find the EX and MI shortcuts. Thanks!!!
