[Import/Export] Gradebook display settings copy with course
Problem statement:
When a course is copied, certain gradebook settings (the order of assignments, the notes field being turned on, the final score relocated to the left side of the page, etc) do not copy with the course. Teachers then have to set-up these gradebook display settings for every class at the beginning of every semester.
Proposed solution:
Cause the settings that are saved in a course gradebook to be copied with the course, or allow the instructor to set their own preferred gradebook display settings from their profile.
