I would like the ability to alter the "weight" of assignments in the gradebook. For example, if I'm using a rubric which adds up to 40 points, I would like to set the weight of the assignment to 0.25 so that it only equals 10 points in the gradebook.
When I edit an assignment, underneath the "points" and above the "assignment group" boxes, an option for "assignment weight" and allow teachers to alter the weight of the assignment. Perhaps a separate box/pop-up could appear that says "this is how many points you'll see in the gradebook".
