[Import/Export] Mark All Discussions as Read

Problem statement:

When discussions get imported from a past class, they are automatically marked as unread.

Proposed solution:

It would be nice to be able to have a way to mark all of the discussions as read instead of going into each individual discussion and mark it as read.
