[Mobile] WCAG 2.1 Mobile apps to have the external tool links named in context

Problem statement:

WCAG 2.1 - 2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context) As part of our annual accessibility audit of our Canvas LMS, we looked at accessibility compliance against WCAG 2.1 standards. This idea request relates to one of these items. Mobile apps Test and quiz links are named ambiguously such as external tool link e.g. 'launch external tool'.

Proposed solution:

For accessibility. A. Review all links and check if they can be understood without context. B. 'Launch External tool' to be named something more applicable or use an ARIA label.
