[Modules] Allow Mailto link to be used

Problem statement:

We have a grouped course that is set to default to use Course Modules as the Home Page. Why is not the point of this problem. Modules have the ability to directly insert an external website link, and mailto links (mailto:email@domain.us) work inside pages, but are not accepted as a form of external link that can be a direct item in a Module.

Proposed solution:

Please permit mailto links (mailto:email@domain.us) to be directly added as a Module external link item.
