[Modules] Allow module selection for Coming Up list

Problem statement:

For unfathomable reasons, our department assigns teaching staff to modules that they have no direct involvement with. This means that the Coming Up tool in the Dashboard contains lots of irrelevant items.

Proposed solution:

It would be useful to be able to select specific modules to be displayed in Coming Up e.g. in settings.
