[New Quizzes] Add preview of quiz instructions and settings onto assignment settings screen
New quizzes has an instruction box that displays to students before they open the quiz, and it also has many settings used by the instructor to control the functions of the quiz (shuffling questions, repeat attempts, showing feedback, etc) This is information instructors may need to pre-screen for accuracy as they reuse and update their course, but they must completely open the build view of the quiz to see the settings and instructions
It would save clicks and screen load time to display the quiz instructions and settings from new quizzes in a preview window on the assignment settings screen. That would help instructors know whether or not they need to open the build view of each individual quiz. The number of questions of each type and point value might also be considered for such a preview screen.
