Fix bug with Manually Posted Grades and New Quizzes
If you use Manually Post Grades option in the gradebook and new quizzes, the manual grading hides the quiz score from Grades. HOWEVER, if the student clicks the name of the new quiz from Grades they can see the score and any information that was not restricted using the Restrict student result view from within the Settings area of the individual new quiz. This makes the Manually Post Grades option unusable if your school uses New Quizzes and there is no warning that the two features are incompatible. This problem prevents faculty from controling their grade release for their courses in a consistent way.
Make it so when Manually Post Grades is turned on it works on New Quizzes. Meaning that the quiz results are hidden from Grades and when the student clicks on the quiz name from grades.
