We imported a question with an image from a course (Course A) to the Item Bank. The image in the imported question is still referencing to the original course (Course A). When this question is imported to another course (Course B), the students enrolled on that course (Course B) cannot view the image in the question as they have no access to the original course (Course A) in which the image is located.
Images in quiz questions should be bundled together with the question when the question is imported into the item bank. When the question is imported to the new quiz in a new course, the images (or other media) should be imported or copied to the new course as well.
