[New Quizzes] Integrate Immersive Reader

Problem statement:

The current setup with Immersive Reader does not include some parts of Canvas, like Quizzes. It would be a big advantage for users who need to use it while taking tests or interacting with other materials in Canvas.

Proposed solution:

Integrated Immersive Reader that could not only read questions, but also alternatives of answers in Quizzes.
