[New Quizzes] Limit file types on upload type questions in a test

Problem statement:

In Tasks I have the possibility to limit the type of file that the student sends. But within tests (both classic and new) this is not possible. The problem is that in some situations, I have assessments that are multiple choice and end in sending a file. Without this functionality, we were limited to dividing this assessment into two parts, one multiple choice using tests, and the other the task with just handing in the file.

Proposed solution:

The same file limitation fields available in the tasks, should also be available in the "File upload" question type in the tests, both classic and new.

The option to limit the file types for File Upload questions is available in New Quizzes.

How do I create a File Upload quiz question? 

Because the feature is available there, we are moving this request into our Will Not Consider status.
