Quizzes have the options to shuffle questions. Depending on the question type, answers can also be shuffled, and some answers can be locked into place. For instance, "All of the above" can be lock so that it is always the last answer option for that question. However, there is not a way to lock a question into place when the questions are shuffled.
My proposed solution is to allow quiz creators to lock questions and stimuli into place. Shuffling questions is an easy-to-use cheating prevention tool. However, there are times when a certain question(s) needs to be locked into place. Like reflection questions or bonus questions at the end of an exam, or demographic questions at the beginning of a questionnaire.
