[New Quizzes] Maintain distractors when editing 'fill in the blank' question body

Problem statement:

When editing a fill in the blank question in a New Quiz, the answer type can be set to 'Open Entry', 'Dropdown' or 'Word Bank'. If 'Word Bank' or 'Dropdown' is chosen, text boxes appear where distractor items can be entered. However, if the answer type is then changed or if the body of the question is edited and the target blank is removed, the distractors disappear entirely and cannot be retrieved by changing the answer type back or using 'undo'.

Proposed solution:

Option 1: maintain distractors in cached memory (or something) so that if an accidental edit removes them, they can be recovered quickly and easily. Option 2 (could be combined with option 1): allow distractors to be uploaded as a text file or in a single textbox with each distractor on a new line. Why: it wastes a great deal of time for instructors to re-enter multiple distractors when creating quiz questions, and any option that would preserve work already done instead of deleting it would be preferable to the current situation.
