Please make a toggle button if you want to use "Question Title" in quizzes. It's so frustrating because I'm constantly typing my question stem into the Question Title box, then having to go back and re-type it or copy/paste it in the correct location. I don't use question titles (and don't know anyone who does.)
Don't do away with the ability to add a question title, but consider making it a button that can be toggled on/off if someone wants to add a question title. Make the first text box the place where you would type your question stem.
