[New Quizzes] Make item count in item banks more visible

Problem statement:

The only place to see the number of items in a question bank is by going to Item Banks in the menu. I'm typically using New Quizzes where I engage with banks. To see how many questions are in the bank, important information for deciding how many to include in a quiz, you have to open the bank in the side, and then go into "Item Banks." This is a lot of steps when information that could be provided beside the bank's name where it is added to a quiz.

Proposed solution:

Show the number of items in a bank on the bank question added to a New Quiz, either in the clickable bank name, or in the dropdown box.
