[New Quizzes] No Passback after Section/Term Dates
A Final Exam was given and set to be due on the date the section ended. The instructor had short answer questions that needed to be manually graded. The students submitted the exam before the end of the section date and the instructor proceeded to grade the manual items. The grade showed at the top of the Speedgrader but would not update in the field where the grade should go and showed that the quiz had not been graded in the Gradebook. This did not happen with Classic Quizzes and should NOT happen with New Quizzes. If a quiz is graded, it should NOT be kept from updating, no matter the end date of the section. The grade passback from the exam to the grade box should happen no matter what. Administrators can reference my case #10630656 to get a full picture. PLEASE fix the New Quiz passback in reference to the term/section end date!
Change the rules in the code to act in the same way as Classic Quizzes in regards to updating the grade in the Gradebook and in the grade box in Speedgrader no matter when the instructor manually grades the quiz.
